For more than 100 years, Mintex has been synonymous with friction material. While many manufacturers use only one or two compounds, Mintex uses 16 different friction compounds to insure the proper braking response for each specific application. Not only do all Mintex manufacturing sites conform to ISO9002 standard, but the brake pads themselves, have the added guarantee of being either E-Mark or KBA approved. Mintex friction materials were developed to perform equally at low and high braking temperatures. They feel good the first stop and the last stop.
