This is the only halogen bulb charged with Xenon gas on the market today. This PIAA Plasma Spark Blue headlight bulbs has a color temperature at 7500K which send out a color very similar to the HID white color with a little bit of blue tinted color. (The higher color temperature shows that particular light bulb color is closer to the actual sunlight) It outputs an HID-like color tone & attracts a lot of attention at shows because of its 'mysterious deep ocean' feel. Never compares a cheap bulb which merely labels itself as 'blue' with PIAA color-certified 7500K bulbs. The precise calculation of xenon gaseous mixture to achieve an exact specific color rating in the actinic range is not easy and only PIAA has done it successfully.
