Valley Base Rail Kits are the installation kits for full size trucks. The base rails and brackets are black powder coated to resist corrosion. The rail kit requires pick-up truck bed to be at least 6-1/2 inch. They are specifically designed for use with Valley Fifth Wheel hitches having a load capacity of 15,000 pounds, 16,000 pounds and 24,000 pounds.
