Putnam Hitch Rigid Mount Pintle Hooks can be used for on-road applications, or in conjunction with a swivel drawbar for off-road applications. A rigid mount pintle hook is fixed firmly to the towing vehicle and does not have any swivel capability. This is a 7 ton rigid mount with a capacity of 14,000 pounds. The bolt kit is sold seperately.
