Putnam Hitch Class III Receiver Hitches are custom fitted for easier installation. The 2 square receiver tube receiver opening supports up to 5000 pounds of Maximum Gross Trailer Weight (MGTW) and 500 pounds of maximum tongue weight. Adding a weight distribution system will increase the towing capacity to 10,000 pounds of Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) and 1000 pounds of maximum tongue weight. The receiver hitch has a black matte coating and comes with installation instructions and hardware kit. It does not include a ball mount, hitch ball or pin and clip.
