The Edelbrock/Russell Qwik Release Socket Male Valve Hose Ends are made from 6061-T6 aluminum with brass valves and stainless steel ball bearings. The simple Qwik Release design ensures precise attachment that eliminates the possibility of leaks from loose or over-tightened hose ends. These fittings disassemble quickly and easily with a 100 percent leak-proof seal and once they are disconnected, both connections will keep fluid from dripping out. The valve fitting prevents fluid loss from the system when disconnected and it offers maximum flow where fluid loss is not a concern.
