12'' GM clutch kit. This upgrade clutch kit was designed to improve upon the Original Equipment design and to accommodate certain driving conditions. All SR300 upgrade clutch kits are ideal for extreme hauling, towing, or other performance requirements. The SR300 is engineered for vehicles with engine upgrades of 100 to 200 pounds of torque. This SR300 kit includes a heavy duty pressure plate upgraded with increased clamp load depending on the type of application. This kit also contains a heavy duty disc lined with sintered metallic or ceramic friction material. Spike torque capacity and idle noise control are identical to SR100 kits. While drivability is more abrupt due to higher coefficient of friction, the unique button friction material still delivers good drivability characteristics.
