The Edelbrock Automatic Divorced Choke Rods are designed for use specifically with Q-Jet carburetors and Edelbrock manifolds. The divorced choke resides on the manifold (divorced or remote from the carburetor) and has an operating rod from the choke to the carburetor. Carburetors with divorced chokes use a separate choke-pull off to open the choke. The choke rod opens the blade ever wider to open by rising at the right speed. This automatic divorced choke rod fits EDL-7104 with Q-Jet carburetor. These quality choke rods are direct replacements for the choke rods on your Q-Jet.
