The Edelbrock Classic IAS Shock Absorber delivers incredibly responsive handling around tight turns and dramatically reduces body roll with a comfortable ride for outstanding vehicle control. It delivers extra travel and has more oil capacity for demanding off-road conditions. This shock absorber comes with superior handling and rear with 0'' lift/drop. It has high-pressure gas and mono-tube construction that dissipates heat more effectively for increased seal life and durability. This includes nitro-steel piston rods, heavy-duty welds and an attractive powder coated finish. They feature a patented Ricor Inertia Active valve system which is a unique design that senses changes in terrain and adjusts instantly for a better ride. This design makes the shocks soft on rough roads and firm on smooth roads, keeping the tires on the ground and the chassis stable. These high-pressure gas mono-tube shocks comes in a classic gunmetal-grey finish with the Vintage Edelbrock logo.
