The Crane Valve Spring and Retainer Kit includes valve springs # 99835-16 and retainer # 99948-16. These springs are designed to allow the increased RPM and more aggressive valve train operation. They will help strictly stock motors by releasing some of the horsepower that the stock components are holding back. The valve spring retainers are designed to correctly fit the springs. They are made from premium quality steel, precisely machined and heat treat hardened for strength.
