The Carriage Works Billet Aluminum Grille features cross bars that are machined and formed from solid stock instead of the less durable E-channel materials. This polished grille is manufactured in the USA using 6061-TD aircraft grade aluminum, and provides a perfect match with its bright chrome finish. Product testing ensures longevity and endurance, and each billet grille is hand "tig" welded in a CAD and CNC-milled fixture that insures aerospace quality tolerances, uniformity, and a custom fit. Installation is a breeze with the easy-to-install hardware and easy-to-read instructions, and with no cutting required, your rig will have a new bolt-over grille in no time flat.
