This kit puts you in control of the speeds at which your vehicle's lock-up converter operates. It can help eliminate lock and unlock cycling and premature unwanted lockup to avoid engine lugging and spark knock, while allowing lock-up at highway speeds for fuel economy. It can also be used for lock-up operation when converting a non-lockup equipped vehicle to a lock-up style transmission and converter.
