The Accel Street Billet Performance Electronic Breakerless Distributor is built with a new CNC billet 2-piece housing with a precision, centerless-ground steel shaft. The shaft runs on upper and lower oilite bushings to accurately locate the steel alloy drive gear, for a lifetime of reliable performance. Its AC/Delco style, easy access top mount, stainless steel lockable mechanical advance and nylon pads are easy to adjust and insures a long-term smooth operation. This ready to run, self-contained electronic breakerless design has a male High Energy Ignition tower distributor cap with wire retainer are injection molded in GE Valox glass reinforced material for both high strength and high dielectric properties brass inserts are used for excellent long term high conductivity. The heart of these distributors is the performance 12-volt breakerless 6.5 ampere dwell-control module. It also features an adjustable vacuum advance, an easy 3-wire hookup with isolate ground circuit and weather tight connector.
