Manik believes that an aesthetically pleasing design is just as important as quality, fit, and functionality, and this philosophy is demonstrated with these one-piece wraparound front bars. The main structure is manufactured from black powder-coated, mandrel-bent 1.5-inch cold-rolled steel tubing, giving it strength and good looks. It bolts solidly to the frame, and the mounting brackets are vinyl powder dipped for high chip-resistance. Mounting optional lights is easy with the pre-drilled holes, and the light bar is made from stainless steel to provide maximum rust resistance. The uprights have a wide stance to reduce vibration, and are protected with PVC bump-strips that are secured by 1.5-inch steel straps. Removable front light guards are also included.
