Simply massage the bar in a circular motion on the problem areas of skin 2-3 times a week or as needed. The Personal Pumi Bar is made with authentic pumice allowing the bar to reshape itself after every use so that it is clean, fresh and ready to be used again. Replace with a fresh bar every 3 months.
