Putnam Hitch Ball Mount also called a receiver or hitch bar, slips into your trailer hitch and is the platform for your hitch ball. Each of these ball mounts can be used either in the drop or rise position providing you with the flexibility you need to ensure your hitch ball and trailer are at matching heights. It is also a critical element in determining whether your trailer runs down the road in a level position.
