Although small and compact its powerful 1.8 horsepower sealed 24 VDC motor and planetary differential gearbox combine to give you a rated line pull of 3,000 lbs. and a fast line speed of 27 fpm with no load. It includes a free-spooling clutch for fast wire payout. It features a dynamic braking which assists in loading and power-in power-out makes hookup as well as storage of the 40 feet 7/32 inches galvanized wire cable convenient. In addition these units have their wiring harness and switch built into the side of the motor. The rugged gearbox and simple direct motor-mounted switching mechanism make these winches an economical and reliable choice.
