Auto Meter Lunar Mechanical Water Temperature Gauge when properly installed and located can accurately measure the temperature of the coolant, so as to prevent serious internal problems and help prevent over heating and or cold seizure. Lunar series gauges feature a bright white dial face, black numbering and a silver bezel. This new lunar series gauge from Auto Meter omits a lovely green luminescent glow provided by a thin layer of phosphor that is exposed to a mild electric charge that is bright enough for night time driving but not overly intrusive.
