This locking hood pin kit features triple chrome-plated key housings and backing plates and 2 keys for additional assurance against hood release. Hood pins and hood locks are especially needed when you have a fiberglass or carbon fiber hood to provide extra protection against auto theft. The lock and key must be used in conjunction with a factory hood latch. This kit comes with all necessary hardware for installation.
