The Edelbrock Victor Junior CNC Intake Manifold provides maximum performance for engines with standard port location, iron and aluminum cylinder heads. These versatile manifolds are excellent for many applications from high-performance street to drag and circle track racing. The intake manifold directs the air or air-fuel mixture from the throttle body to the intake ports in the cylinder head. The flow typically proceeds from the throttle body into a chamber called the plenum, which in turn feeds individual tubes, called runners, leading to each intake port. This manifold has no provision for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) choke operation and uses both electric and manual choke. Engine breathing is enhanced if the intake manifold is configured to optimize the pressure pulses in the intake system.
