Replaces centrifugal clutch system and boosts performance. Clutch is asymmetric-type torque converter system with asymmetric. sheave faces, this makes it possible to force the belt to a diameter within. the drive clutch (at high rpm) that exceeds the usual 1:1 drive ratio. TAV2 system can actually attain a .90:1 ratio (10 percent overdrive). Movable sheave face is 18degrees, stationary sheave is 21/2 degree, for a collective angle of 201/2 degree. For use on 3/4" or 1" crankshaft diameter 2- and 4-cycle engines with. a maximum of 8 hp. Bore - 3/4". Pitch - 40. Teeth - 10T
